香港註冊社工。過去十年，一直在性別及性健康議題上擔任不同的角色。曾在性小眾權益及愛滋病預防上策劃過多個不同的項目。為了推動性/別平等，近年他亦為不同性小眾組織作義務工作，包括粉紅同盟、諧夢和聲、香港同樂運動會等。

Norman is a registered social worker and has played many roles on issues of gender and sexual health over the past decade, including a wide range of sexual minority and HIV prevention campaigns. He has also served as a volunteer in different capacities in NGOs, such as Pink Alliance, The Harmonics and Gay Games of Hong Kong to promote sexual and gender equality.
